1. How do I login?

You can login on any page of Property Ellada.

On the top left corner of each page you see member login.
Click on the link to go to the login page.
Enter your email address and your password an click login.

You can activate the checkbox in order to login automatically next time you visit the website.Never use this option on public computers.



2. Why do i have to login?
Some tools on this website will require a user to have registered with us before they can be performed. Submitting adverts & updating your personal account, are tools which require a registration with us. By login in we will be able to check whether you are a registered user or not.


3. I cannot login. What went wrong?

- During login you will be asked for your e-mail address & password. Be sure that you use the correct e-mail address in combination with your password.
- Did you type the e-mail address correctly. Check your spelling.
- Did you type the password correctly. Remember that passwords are CASEsensiTIVE!
- You might have changed your e-mail address or password in your account. Be sure that you use the current details from your account in order to login.
- Check your internet connection. It might be disconnected.

Note: If you still have problems while logging in there may be other reasons for it. Please contact Property Ellada to inform us about your problem.

4. I logged in, but get promt to login again?

When you sign in to Property Ellada sites you create a session (cookie) that remember certain details about you as a user and your preferences for your computer only. If you have turned off cookies in your browser you may find that if at any point this information is lost you will be prompted to sign in again. A cookie stores certain details about you. Session information needed by the site might not passed between web pages and you will be prompted to sign in again. To avoid this from happening you need to turn on cookies of your browser Session information can be lost because of a session time out after a period of inactivity, loss of internet connectivity or server failures. When you switch to another url powered by Property Ellada you will be prompted to sign in again.



5. I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?

You can request for a new password to be send to you.

- Go to the property Ellada homepage.
- Click on the link login in the top navigation bar.
- Under the login box you will see the following sentence. Forgot your password? Click here
- Click on the link
- Provide the E-mail address entered during registration or the last saved email address in your personal account.
- Click Send

Wait a few minutes and check your mailbox. A new password has been sent to you. Login with your e-mail address and your new password. After logging in you can change your password at all times.



6. I requested for a new password, but have not received it. Why?

Wait a while before escalating. In most cases it will take minutes before receiving an e-mail after it was sent, but if the internet is bussy or there has been a network failure it can take upto hours. Please check your e-mail account. Are you receiving any other e-mails? There might be a problem with your e-mail provider.

Also check your SPAM folder. Our message might be classified as SPAM.

7. I have a new password. Do i sent it to Propery Ellada?

No. Never send us account information like your email addresses. You can change your e-mail in your personal account.

- Login with your E-mail address & password entered during registration.
- Click on your username in the top left corner.
- Click on the link Profiles on the right side.
- Select the link Personal Profile
- Find the field with the email address. Remove the old e-mail address from the field and type your new e-mail address
- Click Save

Logout first. Now login with your new E-mail address and password.



8. How many times can i change my password?
You may change your password as often as you like. Although it will not be necessary to change your password on a daily basis, we recommend that you change your password once in a while for safety reasons.


9. How do I change my password?
- Login with your email address and password.
- Click on the link My Account in the top navigation bar.
- Click on the TAB My Profiles
- Click on the link Login Profile
- Type your new password in the appropriate field
- Click Save

Your new password is now active.



10. Someone else has access to my account. What should i do?

Try to log on to your account with your e-mail & password. If you still have access to your account, change your password immediately.
Notify Property Ellada by e-mail. Tell us why you suspect misuse of your account. Don't sent your account details like your password in the e-mail. We will investigate your situation. If you don't have access to your account anymore, notify Property Ellada immediately. Send an e-mail to: info@propertyellada.com.



11. I have been asked to sent my login details. Should i sent them?
No. Never send your account details on request to anyone. Property Ellada will under no circumstances ask for your account details to send to us.
Please notify Property Ellada immediately if you have received such a request. Send an e-mail to: info@propertyellada.com.


12. Can i share my password with anyone else?

Sharing a password or other account details is not recommendable as you, and you alone are responsible for all all actions taken under your account. Be 200% sure before sharing your password with other persons. It would be much better and more safe if this person would sign up for Property Ellada. Signing up is easy and only takes a minute. Remember though that only Estate Agents or Developers can sign up for Property Ellada websites.
